Automatic fertilizer dispenser for aquaria

Aquarium plants require a regular supply of nutrients for healthy, vigorous growth. Usually aquariums are supplied in the form of "shock fertilization", i.e. a larger amount of fertilizer is added at regular intervals. With the Dosator, on the other hand, aquarium plants are fertilized as in nature, as they permanently receive a small amount of nutrients. The advantages at a glance:

The Dosator is specially adapted to the Dennerle fertilizers Plant System V30 complete fertilizer and Plant System S7 vital substances. V30 is automatically dosed over 4 weeks, S7 over 1 week.

AN INNOVATION FROM DENNERLE

The Dennerle Dosator, made of high-quality plastic, works according to the principle of osmosis. Water from the aquarium "migrates" through the semi-permeable special membrane into the reservoir, which presses the nutrient solution into the aquarium drop by drop via the riser tube. This has two effects: first, the aquarium receives the amount of fertilizer it needs, and second, the Dosator becomes a "tank indicator": as water gradually enters and pushes fertilizer into the aquarium, the fertilizer-water mixture contained in the Dosator becomes increasingly clear. Now, when the contents of the reservoir lose color (S7 orange, V30 yellowish green), you know it's time to fertilize. Aquarium plants benefit from a permanent, even supply of nutrients, just like in nature. This ensures healthy, balanced plant growth and makes the aquarium shine in splendid, lush green. Disadvantages due to excessive nutrient levels caused by shock fertilization are a thing of the past. And best of all: the overall lower nutrient level and the nutrient supply to the plants in line with requirements counteracts excessive algae growth.  

The Dosator with constant fertilization!

The Dosator was specially developed for use with Plant System V30 and Plant System S7 as part of the Dennerle fertilizer system: V30 is automatically dosed over 4 weeks, S7 over 1 week (2 Dosators are required for this). Aquaria from 50 to 300 liters can be supplied with the innovative fertilizer doser made of high-quality, durable plastic. The Dosator is also ideal for use with V30 as a stand-alone fertilizer and provides an even, drop-by-drop supply of fertilizer over 1 month. Since the Dosator works purely on the physical principle of osmosis and has no moving parts, nor does it require batteries or a power connection (like a dosing pump/automatic fertilizer dispenser), it works very reliably and economically. It also offers clear advantages over a classic daily fertilizer, because the device only needs to be refilled once a week (S7) or once a month (V30).
